Depression & low mood
Finding your way back to meaning, energy and lightness when sadness feels heavy.
Leongatha & Telehealth Australia-wide
Experienced, non-judgemental counselling for adults — support through anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma and life's harder seasons.

How I can help
Person-centred counselling for adults (18+). However you're feeling, you don't have to carry it on your own.
Finding your way back to meaning, energy and lightness when sadness feels heavy.
Practical, compassionate tools to settle a racing mind and feel steadier day to day.
A safe, steady support to process difficult experiences without being overwhelmed.
Compassionate support through bereavement and change, honouring what — and who — matters.
Understanding big or numbed feelings, and building a kinder relationship with them.
Support through change, identity and the challenges that come with change.
My approach
Counselling recognises that our wellbeing is influenced by our experiences, relationships and the world around us. Each session is a safe, unhurried conversation that meets you exactly where you are. No pressure to be anything other than yourself — just steady, professional support and acceptance to help you understand your experiences and work towards the changes that matter to you.

Fees & rebates
Counselling should be within reach. Several rebate options may help with the cost.
Rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. No plan? You're still welcome to get in touch.
Private health fund rebates may apply depending on your level of cover and provider.
Accessible to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.
No pressure, no cost
Finding the right person to talk to is a big, personal decision — and it's okay to feel unsure. That's why Vivienne offers a free initial chat of up to 15 minutes, so you can ask questions and see whether we're the right fit, before you commit to anything.
Prefer to write first? Email Mosaiccands@gmail.com — Vivienne will get back to you.
Good to know
No referral is needed to book. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate — but you're very welcome to reach out without one.
Yes. Sessions are available in person around Leongatha and surrounds, and Australia-wide by secure Telehealth — video or phone, whichever feels easier for you.
We begin with a free 15-minute chat so you can decide if it feels right. The first full session is gentle and unhurried — a conversation about what brings you in and what you'd like support with. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.
Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan, private health fund rebates may apply, and the service is accessible to NDIS participants (self- and plan-managed). Contact Vivienne for current fees.
