How I can help

Gentle support, at your pace

Person-centred counselling for adults (18+). However you're feeling, you don't have to carry it on your own.

Depression & low mood

Finding your way back to meaning, energy and lightness when sadness feels heavy.

Anxiety & stress

Practical, compassionate tools to settle a racing mind and feel steadier day to day.

Trauma & PTSD

A safe, paced space to process difficult experiences without being overwhelmed.

Grief & loss

Companionship through bereavement and change, honouring what — and who — matters.

Difficulty with emotions

Understanding big or numbed feelings, and building a kinder relationship with them.

Life transitions

Support through change, identity and the personal challenges that ask a lot of us.

My approach

Like a mosaic, every part of you belongs

Each session is a safe, unhurried conversation that meets you exactly where you are. No fixing, no judgement — just steady, professional support while you find your own way forward.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I need a referral to see you?

No referral is needed to book. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate — but you're very welcome to reach out without one.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes. Sessions are available in person around Leongatha and surrounds, and Australia-wide by secure Telehealth — video or phone, whichever feels easier for you.

What happens in the first session?

We begin with a free 15-minute chat so you can decide if it feels right. The first full session is gentle and unhurried — a conversation about what brings you in and what you'd like support with. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.

What are your fees and rebates?

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan, private health fund rebates may apply, and the service is accessible to NDIS participants (self- and plan-managed). Contact Vivienne for current fees.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential within the usual professional and legal limits, always in a safe and non-judgemental space.
